The problem mine was that I updated from win7 to win10 directly… It seems something corrupt in SO, so i tested in other computers and works fins. So sorry for all. Thanks.

But why the client still must have .net framework 3.5?
.NET framework is the key foundation of the application, even though the application is built for .NET 4 some of the system components or features are only available in the older release of .NET thus may have to be enabled.
I personally have been able to run the application with .NET 3.5 disabled on my Windows 10 installation, however this may vary based on the user’s setup of hist work station.
