Win 10 Problem with eM Client Ver 7

When I close the mail client on win10, then it does not open. I have to run to open windows user disconnect and then reconnect.

How i can resolve this problem?

Are you getting any error messages when trying to open eM Client or it just fails to launch without any messages?
If there is any error, we can use screenshot of it if you will be able to provide one.
Can you please check Task Manager wheter any process related to eM Client is running(Mailclient.exe)?
