Will not stop asking for my password

Linked my outlook 365 email with eM, but eM is constantly requesting my password, literally every 5 seconds.  I am checking the “save password” box, but  it seems to make no difference.

I deleted my Outlook 365 account hoping that adding it again may resolve the issue.  Now when I add the account, it asks me over and over for my password.  Seems to be a never ending loop.

Hello Jack,
try and see if you can login into your account in Internet Explorer (if you are running eM Client version 6) and/or Chrome (if you are running version 7).
After you do, try setting up your account in eM client again.
