Will not download email from GMAIL and other email acount., only Subject line

I’m set up for IMAP.

I see all the message subject lines for both accounts, but hen I click on the message to see it, all I get is the “churning” bar at the top of the frame.

The messages are fine on GMAIL and my other account (RCN.NET), though.

Try going to Menu > Accounts > Select your gmail account > IMAP tab > check the box for “Download messages for offline use”
