Hi, you are receiving information about update and you can’t download it? If so what version is being offered to you?

Hey, yes I do get the information about the update, it is version 6.0.19714.0… it says the error a network error occurred whilst trying to read from the file c:/users/user1/appdata/local/temp/setup.Msi

Then it fails

Try this installer http://www.emclient.com/dist/v6.0.198… it gone public today, usually this can be solved by using different installer.
