Why is eMClient not finding some distriution lists?

I have been using eM Client for a while now and have been very happy with it. However, it has recently started misbehaving with some of the distribution lists that had been working fine previously. Let’s say I have two lists - one named " snafu" and the other named " foobar". When I start typing in “foo” then the program finds foobar and displays all of the emails in that list; however, when I start typing “snaf” then nothing gets found :frowning: As far as I can see, there is no difference between the two lists, so I don’t understand the difference in behaviour. Note that these names are made up here, for the sake of simplicity, however, the real names are not particularly complicated and - as I say - they were working fine before.

If you open the snafu list, dies it have contacts?

The name of this list, snafu, is it unique and not the same or similar to another contact?

Yes, the list has contacts and its name is unique. In fact, both distribution lists had been working just fine until recently.
