I am not sure what I clicked some weeks ago, but I have not been able to fix it. When my emails load from the server they go into the inbox. and immediately begin to transfer to Junk E-mail. How do I change it back to stay in the inbox?
Do you have set any rules? Open the menu Tools - Rules and check all the rules if they do not move all your incoming messages to Junk.
tonight I noticed a small message on the bottom left tray flashing on and off saying synchronizing message flags. I went into tools and unchecked synchronize messages. Hopefully that will fix it. but if it doesn’t I can check further into the tools. Thank you for the help.
