Hello Eldon, unfortunately I’m not completely sure what you’re referring to, what type of account are you using with eM Client? What version of eM Client are you currently using on your computer, can you please check the exact release number in Help > About?
What mail service are you using with eM Client? Are you seeing any errors thrown by the application when you try to synchronize the account?
As it turned out it wasn’t a problem with emclient, i guess at some point I had set up some email service that had went rouge, I changed my password and that fixed the problem.
