Why is eM Client now asking me to verify my account settings before downloading my mail from the Comcast server? I proceed to ‘Check Account Settings’ re-enter my existing password and the mail then proceeds to download. I have made no changes in the client whatsoever recently and before today my mail would download seamlessly. Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks. Bob
can I ask for screenshot of your error message? Also we would like to see your SMTP and IMAP logs.
Tools - Settings - advanced - mark IMAP and SMTP under your account, restart client and try to “send and receive…” then click on send logs… in same option window
