Why did i see my "free eM trial is about to expire" and now eM has stopped sending and receiving when I have free license

Although I have a free license starting March 16, 2 days ago I began receiving notifications that my “free eM trial is about to expire” and now eM has stopped sending and receiving as of yesterday though my GMail interface still works. How can I get my eM account back online? I have the free license key I was issued.

sounds like you registered for the license but never activated it.
Go to Help>License section and activate your license with your key there.
