when i try to send an email i get n error meassage “SMTP server does not support authentication.” Help please?
Check the sever setting with your mail provider. And after you can change the setting via the menu in Tools -> Account -> (your mail account) -> SMTP -> Server -> Security Policy / Authentication.
I am having the same problem. I sent a test email to another email account I have and it worked fine. I then sent the same email (it has no attachments) to a list I had created (26 addresses) and the “SMTP server does not support authentication” error has occurred. Now the email is ‘stuck’ in the Outbox. Suggestions?
