Why can't I receive emails today?

I am with waitrose, i.e.John Lewis which is operated, I think, by Plusnet. I’ll phone the number you quoted.

My email is back, so I think you were right about Plusnet, I phoned them, waited 15 minutes then gave up. Thanks very much for your help.
