Why am I getting "Temproary local problem-please try later." messages that are preventing me from sending emails?

Hin Gary, it mysteriously fixed itself almost immediately after I’d emailed eM Client about it (which suprisingly got sent)…then the account wouldn’t receive any eamils and I fixed that, eventually, by running the diagnostic and fix settings on the fault message box. It could well be local problems? I find a session of random button pressing can often do just as good!
