i open a email with different client/browser everything is ok but with em client i see only title ot the messages and white screen
Hi Vesko, what version of eM Client are you currently using on your computer, can you please check the exact version number in Help > About?
Are you having this issues with all your messages or this recipient only?
What mail service are you using?

I use a gmail service and only one mail i see to not open and noting to see. eM Client version is 6.0.21040.0 If i forward or reply mail i see but when mark or open white screen
Hi again Vesko, this might be caused by an incorrect formatting of the message, can you please export the message into .eml file and forward the message as attachment to my email [email protected] , please include a reference link to this forum topic.
