Where's the email password?

My wife’s emclient was just updated. (not the paid version) We now cannot get email. sends but wont recieve

I think it needs the email accounts’ passwords, but there is no way now to insert them.

Please advise

Are you referring to the Menu > Accounts > General screen? Looking at that screen on my version there is a place for the password.
