can you please comment more on the issue?
Did the folder disappear? Or did the whole Mail Item from the sidebar?

Are you sure you’ve selected to show the ‘mail’ group in the left column?

right click with your mouse for example on the ‘calendar’ group and make sure to select ‘mail’.
