Where do the deleted mails go?

I’m on 8.2.1659. When I select a mail and click “Delete”, the mail disappears. On the bottom
I get a feedback about this. And I assume that the deleted mail is under “More” in the folder “Deleted Items”. But it isn’t there. It is nowhere.
