Where can we download older builds of the software?

It seems the latest cannot talk to our Mac calDAV/carDAV server via SSL/TLS

Thank you!  That solved our issue!

Had the exact same problem yesterday after doing the 6.0.23181.0 update, rolled back to the 6.0.22344.0 release - everything is good again - thanks.

I’m sorry for the inconvenience, if you’re having issues with the new release, can you please include more information about the application behaviour? Are you experiencing any errors while synchronising the account? What kind of errors?

Regards,

Having the exact same problem, but downgrading seems to fix the problem (from 6.0.23181.0 to 6.0.22344.0).
Got the following error message:
The request was aborted: Could not create SSL/TLS secure channel.
This against OS X Server Lion, with a self-signed SSL certificate.

Now, how can I block all my users from updating their installations? I can’t seem to find that as an option… Only ten more clients to downgrade, before I can start working! :-/

Hello as a PRO license user you can access your license at http://licensing.emclient.com and manage your license and activations, you can setup an update mode to never or manual, to disable updates or enable them on manual update requests only.

Can you please make a screenshot of the error or submit a copy of the log tab from when the error occurs here on forum for more information?
Note that as a PRO license user you can also access the priority support at http://support.emclient.com/ or at [email protected] for faster responses.

Regards,

Have disabled updates for now, and it seems to work well.

From the log, when running version 6.0.23421.0 :

My guess it has something to do with SSL ports (we use 8443) or the way it authenticates, after updating the phone to iOS 9 through 9.2 we have the same problem there (can’t connect).

Hello Joakim,
can you check if you have an exception set up for eM Client in Windows firewall and your anti-virus software?

Since I can see you are a PRO user, I also recommend the same as Paul above me - contact PRO support if you need help, as you can get faster and better responses through this service.

Best regards,
Olivia
