Where can I configure the email response to arrive at a different address?

You could setup an “Alias” email address within EM Client Accounts configuration “Menu / Tools / Accounts” Under the General tab on each account where your email address is typed in, click the “Aliases” button on the right and type in the different reply address.

Now when you create an email (at the top) choose the different reply address and then send your email.
