Hello,

can you send me here a screenshot of this issue? Also have you tried to download new installer? Old one might be corrupted when it was downloaded.

Hello John,
I had tried downloading three more times, with the same result.

I have tried again following your reply.

I dont know how to capture a screenshot, but I have written the message out from the pop-up box:

“A network error occured while attempting to read c:\users\admin\downloads\tmp73do.tmp.msi”

The case of the error message might/is wrong in places, but I don’t feel the path is wrong per se, however:

  1. is the installation program written in such a way that the saved download needs to be in a specific directory?
  2. the program is running on a stand alone pc connected to the net, so network should be involved.

does this help at all?

many thanks

Nick

Hello,

can I ask you from what version to what version you were updating? There are no new updates for a quite long time.
