When setting up for my free license, I get a blank screen asking for my email password, but there’s no place to type it in. What do I do now?
Hello Alma, not quite sure what you’re referring to, please refer to our FAQ to help you setup the application at http://www.emclient.com/faq
If you’ve just downloaded the app, you need to setup your accounts first as the Demo period is now running, you can however activate your Free license immediately in Help > License > Activate, where you can enter the licensing number.
