When I try to send an email, in the from section it lists "No Account," and does not send.

I installed eM Client a few days ago. It automatically set up my email account and downloaded my emails. When I try to send an email, in the from section it lists “No Account,” and does not send. I have tried and tried to find a solution. Can you help?

I did find the answer by searching for “no account,” and found and tried it and it worked. I had to set up the email account manually instead of using the automatic set up. The automatic set up did not include the smtp info.
