When I receive a gmail a blank email is autimatically sent back to the sender. How can I stop this?

Hello Hunter,
eMClient can never send automatic messages for you.
Why do you believe this is happening?
Do you perhaps have some automatic response rule set up on your server?
Does this happen only with your gmail account or any other as well?

Thank you Olivia. It has only happened on my Gmail account. I was told that when I responded to a message, and the other party responded back, then he receives a blank email from me. I have never set up an automatic response.

are you running the latest version of eM Client? http://www.emclient.com/dist/v7.0.27943/setup.msi
You can check the number in Help>About section.
