When I open a message I get "The message was not downloaded because you are not connected to the server"

I was upgraded to version 7.0 26562.0 I have a good fast BT internet connection and am connected to my router, but when I ry to open a message I get “The message was not downloaded because you are not connected to the server” If I close emClient and then re-open it behold my message will open no problem. Never had this issue with my older version.

It is possible that eM Client 7 is being hampered by your antivirus/firewall, causing problems with connection. Can you please try adding an exception for eM Client in your antivirus/firewall?
