When I delete an email from my inbox(I do that when the conversation is ended), the client also delete the sent email in the same thread, this is a big problem, I loose the history of the conversation, for later use. any solutions ?

Seems to be one of the pitfalls of _conversation view. _Go to Menue>Tools>Settings>Mail>Read>Conversations and select Disable conversation View
