When I accept eMclient declines to the sender

When I ‘accept’ a meeting invite, eMclient sends a ‘decline’ email to the sender.

Then I get an eMail from the sender asking me why I declined? It’s embarrassing.

What version of eM Client are you using?


Do you use local or any server based calendar?

I use Google calendar exclusively

Then send us GData logs please. Go to menu Tools->Settings->Logging and check “GData” under the problematic account. Then restart eM Client, try to simulate the issue and send us (with reference to this topic) the logs using the same logging settings window. Thank you.

I have the same problem. I use SOGO as the backend. emClient 6.0.21040.0.  I will try to send logs.

Please don’t submit any additional data to us before discussing the question with some one from the technical support, either my colleague Wilson or me, or our colleagues from the PRO support.

Also please update your eM Client to a more recent release and check if the issue persists, http://www.emclient.com/dist/v6.0.21527/setup.msi .
