I have applied rules to my mail box but the mails forwarded to the respected folders ask to download the msg while i click the download it remains the same i mean unchanged therefore i get a msg next time you are online you will be able to see the msg though my laptop is connected to wifi still i get the same prob each time
Hi Ashley, I believe this may occur in case some of your items were requested for download before another download request was finished between the client and the server, due to this issue the request may have timed out and the message couldn’t be downloaded.
However you should be able to avoid this behavior by using the “Download messages for offline use” option under your account settings, this will enable automatic message download as the default setting only downloads the headers of your email to reduce the amount of downloaded data.
