I have a free version on desktop that has been working for a year… I installed the latest version on my laptop and cannot register it because I get a response stating that I am allowed only one user per account for the free version. I am the one user. When I request my existing key do not get a response. I am ready to dump your application go back to Mozilla Thunderbird.

you cannot use free version registeerd with the same key on desktop and laptop. You have to register two free licences and use it separately - please see this thread https://discourse.emclient.com/emclient/to…
