What setting do I use to leave a copy of email on server

I need to leave my email on the server so more than one person can receive the same email at same time regardless who opens it first. Both of us use Outlook instead of using Network Solutions Webmail. Please help it’s driving me CRAZY!

Please give more information about what you mean by “Outlook”. You are in the eM Client forum her, not MS Outlook.
Or are you asking about the difference between IMAP and POP? You may google that.
