I’m looking for the best way to migrate my Gmail emails (including attachments and folder structure) to Zoho Mail. I want something that’s secure, easy to use, and ensures all my data is preserved during the migration.
Has anyone successfully migrated their emails from Gmail to Zoho Mail? What method did you use, and how reliable was it? Any recommendations for tools or best practices?
According to the Zoho website they import .eml messages so would do that if exporting outside of eM Client. eml message files are standard format and include any attachments as well.
However if you already have your Zoho account and Gmail account setup within eM Client, then just drag or move the messages from your Gmail account directly to your Zoho account.
Note: After you drag the messages between accounts it may take time till they all appear depending on the speed of your Internet connection upload speed and amount of messages.
If you don’t have your Zoho account in eM Client and don’t want to add your Zoho account into eM Client, then go to “Menu / File / Export” and select .eml and choose your Gmail account folders to export. Then once exported, import those into Zoho via the above Zoho website link.
