What are the advantages of using emClient calendar?

One of the updates for the new mobile app will be the addition of a calendar. Of course its there in the desktop version, but I just dont use it, and would really like to hear from people that do.
Got to assume that most people here use Google calendar, or Apple, or Outlook.
I use Google, and have done for years. It works.
And these can all sync with each other, and with emClient. So what are advantages of using the calendar app?
I do appreciate the idea of being independent of the Big Three. But we cant really can we? If you have an Apple or Android device then you are using their respective OS. And who doesnt have a Microsoft account?

The advantages of using the eM Client calendar is that it’s “all integrated into the one app” and avoids having to use a separate Calendar, Mail, Contacts & Tasks apps like you do with the Google apps. The mobile app was designed to be like the desktop as an all in one app.

Yes I too have been a Google customer for years and reply on Google Calendar which I use everyday within eM Client for desktop, so was happy to see it’s now also included in the new mobile app as well.

The only thing that’s missing at the moment with the Calendar is the event notifications are not working yet, but that will be in the next update from reading the forum threads.

Thanks, makes sense especially as I have eM Client desktop open all the time. I have been diving into the theme editor trying to get it more to my liking. I have found that I cannot change the font size or colour of event titles. It seems that a few people have mentioned this.
I would wuite like to get it looking like the Google calenddar which is a bit easier on the eye.

Are you still talking about mobile app?

Hello Michal, no the desktop. I have not explored the new mobile app yet.
