Weird error message

Over the last couple of weeks, every single minute, I keep getting an error message that says “An error occurred” Invalid reply format (no collection). Any idea what this is and how to get rid of it? I can still use the program.

what version of eM client are you using?
Can you please turn on AirSync logging in Tools > Settings > Advanced and check the AirSync option under your account?
Save the settings and restart the application, when the error occurs again, go back to the Advanced settings window and click Send Logs.
