evaluating EM for my domain email…when I send an email to my personal hotmail account(which uses the outlook mail in a browser) it is sent but never arrives…however if I send an email from my personal hotmail to my domain handled by EM … I can reply to the received email and it goes back to my personal hotmail…any ideas?

In general, if a message sent from eM Client goes to the ‘Sent’ folder, what happens next is not handled by eM Client. It sounds like your domain refuses e-mails sent from eM Client, do you perhaps have any server filters set up?

Thanks Maurice…I found the problem…I had a partial account setup in outlook live for the domain…this was impacting the delivery…strange how it worked with reply… but anyway it is fixed…
