How can I visualize recipients in order “send items”?

I’m not sure what you want to do, but maybe this will help. Left click on the word after “Sorted by” at the top of the message list column. This will open a drop-down box with multiple choice/options for sorting your messages.

Thanks for the hint - but  what I want to see is NOT my email adress but email adress of recipients in order “sent”.? And the drop-down list does not offer a choice to change this … :frowning:

I uess I’m still not sure what you want to do. If you choose to “Sort by” From" you will see the senders alphabetized by name in the order sent. Isn’t that what you want to do?

Yes I want to see the senders/recipients - but of course in chronological order - what I see is many, many emails all called “Andreas Kornherr”. This is not very helpful - I know that emails in order sent are from me … :slight_smile: I like to see where did I send the emails - to whom!

Hello Andreas,

This can be set but it is slightly difficult.

> Right click on the “Sorted by” in message list column Columns config
> There add the column “To” and remove the column “From”
> Drag the column “To” to the second place (if you prefer using flags) with the arrow-buttons
