Visualize email.eml attachment within main email

Hello,
I’m new to eMClient and I’m evaluating the software before deciding to purchase it.
In one of the accounts I will need to manage, I receive emails where the main email is actually an attachment of the one that I receive. I basically receive an email from my provider saying, hey, you’ve got an email, find it in the attachment. The email attached is a file with extension eml.
Now, I’ve been using Thunderbird for a while to manage this address and the eml attachment is simply shown further down once the main email is open. there is no need to click on anything as it is already shown. See image below

I checked out eMClient but the .eml attachment it is not shown automatically which is inconvenient for me. see image below for reference

Is there a setting I can change to modify the way messages are displayed?
You’ll also notice that on Thunderbird are three attachment to the email; this is because one is the xml file, the other is the .eml file and finally there is a pdf file, which is actually an attachment of the .eml file. eMClient doesn’t show me the pdf attachment as it is nested in the eml message. Again, is there a way to show any attachment of the eml on the original email?

On this account, all messages are structured like this. It is an account of so called “Certified email” protocol we use in Italy which is simply put email with more legal value than regular emails. Since all emails on this account have the main message saved as an attachment, I’m trying to find a quick way to see it

Received .eml message attachments are not normally displayed automatically inline. Thunderbird might have some eg: plugin to allow that below the normal html email in your example.

eM Client will open .eml received messages but normally only via attachment. If there is a way to change that, someone will update this thread.

This must be happening due to the senders mail client or webmail not being able to send normal html email and sends a .eml message instead.

As a new user inside 30day trial you can also email [email protected] for any info on that.

Hi, thanks for your reply. I use thunderbird but I don’t have any extra plugin installed, meaning I haven’t added any myself.

do you think there might be a plugin or automation I can implement to eM Client to automatically show the .eml attachments?
I’ll send an email to the support. Thanks for suggesting it

Not that I’m personally aware of.
