Violation of Licence Policy

So I just got the following message “cannot reactivate due to a violation of license policy” on my free version of eM Client. The question I have is, how do you know what email accounts I am using with eM Client? I am actually using a personal email account and I thought eM Client was stand alone, so how do you determine if it is a violation without reading my settings or email?

Oh and a public answer would be good rather than the standard response you have posted on similar posts. Thanks
