Viewing OLD Folders and creating new

I have used MailEnable Web Mail as a client. I want to use eM. I have folders on the MailEnable Web interface. I can not view or work with the contents, nor can I see a directory of all the mail on the MailEnable interface. Any suggestions? Thanks
