I am no longer seeing “view mail header” in the context menu when I right-click in a message. Or when I try to access “view mail header” through the drop-down arrow.
My Em Client is up to date. I have the ‘conversation view’ disabled.

Did this happen from upgrading to a new version of eM Client ? If it did, what version have you updated to and do you have Windows or Mac.
If it didn’t happen from upgrading then suggest you try uninstalling eM Client and if you have Windows “don’t delete the database” when asked on the uninstall wizard. Then reinstall the same version either from the release history page for Windows or Mac or Windows Store if you originally installed it from there and see if that fixes it.
Alternatively if you have been making regular eM Client backups you could restore a recent dated backup when you know eM Client was showing the view mail header options ok via “Menu / File / Restore” and any new messages since the backup will update when eM Client reconnects / syncs.
