Very long starting time

Very long starting time (it takes several minutes to launch).
Version 2.7.8313 running on window 7 professional 32 bit

Hi,
it is very strange. Does it happen all the time and with blank database also? The significant speedup of the application will be available with the next version 2.8. We worked hard at lot of optimalizations so we hope it will be satisfactory enough.
