Were in the theme do I add vertical lines in the menu area.

Hi, unfortunately this is not possible in eM Client, we do not support options for GUI optimization except different color themes, that you can choose from when setting up the application.

Seems strange as some of the themes have these dividers.

You can create a custom theme using XML, and use it with the application, but there’s no available documentation etc. at the moment.
