Vertical forward line since update

Hello, I notice a vertical forward line on emails since a recent update a couple of weeks ago…

This vertical forward line is seen when I send to myself in inbox, it’s also seen in sent emails… I have checked and sent to other agents eg outlook, hotmail, the vertical forward line does not appear, but if I forward back… it will appear again when in my em inbox… what’s going on?

It is a quoted text indicator used when indenting the text. Other applications may display it differently.

You can disable it for forwarded messages by using this setting:
