can anyone help with version 9 crashing in windows 11? thanks
This is usually to to with the Win 11 UI automation that Microsoft in their OS have a fix for when the updated OS 22H2 patch is released. Check to you have done all the latest current Win 11 OS 21H2 patches as well.
In the meantime some users have found “creating a shortcut of eM Client V9” and setting it then “Win 8 Compatibility mode” fixes the issue as a temporary option till Microsoft release this updated patch later in the year. No ETA as yet.
See this thread below on the Windows OS updated patch that has been fixed for the Windows UI automation issue but not released yet.
If your a Windows insider you may be able to get this patch already to test.

Also make sure you are running the latest eM Client V9 from the version history page.
