Version 8 upgrade ordered, paid but never received

Hi,

I have ordered and paid for my Version 8 upgrade - but have never received the license. Also, my email client is no longer working because it is upgraded, but does not have the proper license.

PayPal confirms payment.
No emails in the spam folder.
No return from support emails.
No other way to contact the merchant.

What should I do?

Thanks - I have tried that, but it sends me my Version 7 activation only…

Then [email protected] should be your focus… perhaps the email address you used was different (typo?) OR pursue a credit on your PayPal transaction and try again.
