I think you mean AI.
It depends on the license.
If you have purchased one of the new Personal or Business subscription licenses, AI is included.
If you have purchased a Personal or Business one-time payment license, or you have a Free license or an existing Pro license, AI is not included. You can purchase an AI addon for those.
