hello, i have migrated to version 7beta. i know vacation responder is there. wonder where is that setting?

the automatic responder is only functional for Exchange accounts at the moment.
If you have an Exchange account, go to Menu>Tools>Automatic Replies to set up a vacation responder.

in any case can i sign in in exchange with a gmail account?

unfortunately Google currently only supports IMAP and POP protocols so it cannot be set up as an Exchange Web Service account.
We originally planned to include this feature for Gmail accounts as well but the functionality to set the automatic reply was removed from the official Google API, so there is no way for us to implement this feature at this time.
