V10 Search Bar with two words fails to find message which words in different fields

Search Bar Amazon finds this:

and Dodax finds the same:

both with match highlighting, but though Search Bar Amazon Dodax finds the same:

image

but with highlighting missing.

Anyone know how to get such highlighting to work?
