V10 Export EMLs omits approx. 200K messages

I am expecting the Export to offer all messages in “CJ Sent” folder, but it is missing many:

Any ideas?

Windows 7.

I carn’t see any missing folders in your export browse screenshot compared to your source window ?

There are no missing folders. There are many missing messages in folder CJ Sent - as evident from the respective message counts.

Ah ok. Yes my export to .eml browse sent folder window “is also showing a lessor amount of account sent messages” compared to the original account sent folder when i hover over the sent folder in the export to .eml window. Using eM Client V10.2.1712 & Mac and Win 11

Not sure why that is. Im still trying to figure out why that is happening unless its a bug of some sort.

Thanks. It’s really valuable to have that confirmation.

Further info: the Export data completion statement’s message qty matches the folder’s:

so I’d guess the Export data, select folders to import qty’s discrepancy is cosmetic only.
