Here is a link to a picture of an email that I am trying to create a rule from. I have used words in body or subject, like Value City or Account ending in ####. When I apply the rule, the emails do not move to the folder. I have multiple emails from the sender and they all use the same sender address for all different companies. Thats why I’m using the body or subject. Whats wrong?
