Using Charter.Net - Cannot connect to SMTP to Send Mail - No SMTP Tab and Tried manually

Just reinstalled eM 6 with Win 8.1. Was able to reconnect and regain my email however cannot send email “no Account”. Tried to set up manually and Fix works for IMAP but not for SMTP. Charter told me to use SMTP.Charter.net with Outgoing (SMTP) email server: smtp.charter.net Port: 25 eMClient still says no.Any thoughts?

Hi, can you please make a screenshot of your SMTP settings from Tools > Accounts > Your Account > SMTP tab?
What version of eM Client are you currently using (Help > About).

Did you setup the account automatically or manually?
