When running, the program repeatedly asks for the password and user name and says “unauthorised”. How can I stop this happening.

Thanks George, but I am afraid that I am a complete techno-phobe! Can you tell me where to find IMAP logs? I have found a tab for IMAP under Tools/Accounts. Is it the information from here that you need?
Simply go to menu Tools->Settings->Advanced->Logging and check “IMAP” under the problematic account. Then restart eM Client, try to simulate the issue and send us (with reference to this topic) the logs using the same logging settings window. Thank you.
